So tonight's run I thought would've been my first time in a long time actually running the whole distance without walking breaks. And I got so close too. About 2 minutes from the end, my ankle died out (again). So I ended up walking for about a minute. Then I just pushed myself to finish the last minute.
*sigh* Stupid ankle doesn't want to heal...

This is today's run. The huge indent in the end/middle is when I basically stopped for a few minutes to talk to some people I saw on route.

Today I ran about 1km in about 10 minutes, but I didn't bother logging it.
It was just a short run anyways.

So... Finally... A recorded run... First in over a month... Great.
Well, at least I've started. Gotta try to get in shape sometime in my life XD
Anywho, today I ran 7.33 km in 43:47. It's not bad for my first run in a long time, but it's still not my best...

So I'm going to try to start running again. 4 times a week. Weekends and Tuesday and Thursday since I can run in the morning those days.
Anywho, to start today, I just finished running 2.72 km in 14 minutes and 33 seconds. I think that's pretty good for not having run since the beginning of September.
