		<description>Time logging: check. I pre-read and review regularly, but start logging how much time I spend studying two weeks before an exam. Putting in 30+ consistent hours with an effective method of studying really helps with achieving your goals. 

To-do lists and calendar: check. They&#039;re kinda combined for me. I don&#039;t find to-do lists as effective as to-do blocks on my calendar.</description>
