*sigh* Homeworking is definitely great fun. While on that topic, I wish death upon my GEOB 102 and CPSC 211 assignments for being so vague in making their demands. On a happier note, my MICB 203 and BIOL 240 are definitely my favorite classes right now. Cell biology labs are way more fun than chemistry labs. XD
So the above is the new Britney Spears single called 3. I like the sound of the song (and thus I like the song), although I do agree the subject matter is questionable for some of her younger listeners... ...that being said, it's not like they talk about anything else anyways--it is Generation Sex. But ya, I'm looking forward to this year in terms of music. The two biggest things that I can think of right now would be Britney Spears and Evanescence who are both apparently working on albums right now 8D
Anyhow, I got this awesome shot of the moon the other day:

When I uploaded the picture and saw the thumbnail, I was look "Whoa. It looks like a planet o.O" which was surprising because it's actually a (low-quality) picture of a bacteria under a microscope. I brought my camera to school on Tuesday and went kinda camera crazy taking pictures of my Gram stains. Although, taking microscopy pictures using a regular digital camera is annoying as I had to position the camera so the light came from the oculars and through my camera's lens. Hence the low quality XD. Nonetheless, here's some of the pictures.
This is my Bacillus subtilis stain. Rather, the better of the two slides I made. The bottom pictures of Bacillus subtilis are sort of a mystery because although I was able to stain the cells, none of them replicated for anybody in the class. The bottom pictures are also uber low quality because the slide was ~3 weeks old.

And the following pictures are of my unknown samples that I'll be working to identify over the next several weeks:

And my onion mitosis pictures (which were taken with a better camera) should be arriving soon 8D But ya, I'm back to studying now. Until later. :)

Whoa. 240 sounds a lot more exciting than 140. By the end of the term, tell me about the work load. If it’s fun and manageable, I might even take it.

I don’t know. I personally find Britney’s music to be so sexual and in your face that I can’t really enjoy it anymore. This song and If You Seek Amy are a bit too much for me.

Maybe, but keep in mind our differing values in music. I listen to music and you read it XD

Yeah, lyrics are pretty important to me but sometimes sound can be too. Like I’ll hear a lot of bands recommended to me with really great lyrics that I feel have a lot of talent but all of their songs sound similar so I don’t really want to listen to them anymore.
And I think it’s pretty hard to listen to If You Seek Amy without noticing the lyrics. lol.

Sound is almost always more important to me than lyrics. It’s how I enjoy music.
And meh. I liked the song before I figured out the lyrics. And most people I know that listened to that song took a while to figure out what was being said.
