We have free access to the pools anytime of the day (well during pool hours so usually 6am-11pm) and it is wherever. It is supported throught the U-pass program. First of all, it isn't "free" -- we paid for it in our student fees. Secondly, only the 7:30 - 9:00 AM lanes are length-wide (50m). In the words, the rest of the "length-swim" times suck :P . I went 3x last week. Hopefully I can get up at 7 either on Thursday or Friday and drag myself over... Hooray — well, not really :P.

First of all, it isn’t “free” — we paid for it in our student fees. Secondly, only the 7:30 – 9:00 AM lanes are length-wide (50m). In the words, the rest of the “length-swim” times suck :P .

I went 3x last week. Hopefully I can get up at 7 either on Thursday or Friday and drag myself over…
